Lifestyle Medicine Challenege- DAY

Welcome to day 8 ! at this point we have our AM routine down , so now let's continue to do our entire AM routine each day and now we will to start to layer on one more daily optimization per day. Day 8 through 14 will be day time hacks to optimize your health and productivity.

Day 8

Today we are going to work on improving our posture

2. Posture tutorial : with proper posture you can look and feel younger in minutes.

Day 9

3. Stand up and move around maybe even a light stretch every 90 min. 

Tip : set a timer to go off ever 90 min as a reminder.
