Brad & Michael facilitator's of the CPR/AED classes.
Teaching the Life saving skills of CPR and First Aid for the past 12 years has been a passion of mine coupled with education in the field of prehospital emergency medicine. As a currently practicing Paramedic with the Trussville Fire Department, with his 22 years in EMS it give Brad courses an added value with real CPR experience. These courses range from HeartSaver CPR AED for those who are not considered healthcare providers to Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) geared towards physicians, nurses, and paramedics.
Contact us if you need a specific AHA certification and don’t see one listed on Heart.org. I hold faculty status with the American Heart Association in the disciplines of BLS Provider and ACLS Provider, Training Site coordinator for two locations, and an eCard administrator.

I've been in the Health & Wellness Industry for over 30 years and work full time as a Personal Trainer/ Wellness Coach and currently training under the tutelage of Brad Gerrard to get advanced an advanced degree in CPR training .
Back is 2017 while working in a Fitness Center a member had a heart attack right in front of me fortunately I had been re-certified in emergency CPR/AED only several months prior . I immediately followed the procedures I had been taught and was fortunate enough to revive the member.
I teamed up with Brad Gerrard and since then I have been on a mission to get as many people as possible trained in Emergency CPR so that they to can save a life if or when the situation arises.
in June of 2017, while at the gym, I had a heart attack and stopped breathing. Fortunately for me, staff member Michael Brooks immediately responded to this emergency. I remember none of these events , but witnesses have told me that he saved my life. He performed CPR, and I understand that I was breathing again before the EMTs arrived.
Michael was trained for such an event, and obviously did not heistate to intervene. My family and I are extremely grateful to Michael for his reaction to this event.
