Box Breathing

This is another style of breathing that has been in Yoga for hundreds if not thousands of years but Wim Hoff AKA the Ice man has really popularized this type of breathing.

I especially like to do Wim Hoff breathing first thing in the morning as part pf my AM routine .

20 Count Breath

This one I like to do to get prepared for more energizing breath work or as a stand alone to relax . Probably want to shoot for 3- 20 cycles based upon time constraints and how you feel you never want to force it or feel uncomfortable.


Apnea Breathing

This is an especially good technique to work on your breath holds. The better you get at this the more relaxed you will find it is during the breath hold ...everything just seems to slow down.
